By accessing or using the ink328 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ink328 (the "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). Please print or save a copy of these terms for your records.

These Terms govern your use of the ink328 platform and all services provided therein. By creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Games, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to the address registered to your Account or through prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Use of the ink328 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of our services:
If you do not meet all eligibility requirements, you must not create an Account or use the Platform. Violation of these eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
To use the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, Bets, Deposits, and Withdrawals made using your login credentials.
ink328 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
You must provide requested verification documents within 14 days of our request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension, Bet voidance, and Withdrawal denial until verification is completed. We may also request additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected or if your transaction patterns exceed normal thresholds.
You must take all reasonable steps to protect your Account from unauthorized access. This includes using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters; not accessing your Account from public or shared computers; and logging out after each session. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you have notified us of such unauthorized use.
ink328 accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or cryptocurrency.
The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction. There is no maximum Deposit limit unless specific limits are imposed on your Account based on responsible gaming settings you have configured or restrictions imposed by us for security reasons. Deposits are typically processed instantly and will appear in your Account Balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we determine that you have deposited funds from a payment method not registered in your name, we reserve the right to void all transactions, confiscate any winnings, return the deposited amount to the source (minus any applicable fees), and terminate your Account.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds if your Deposit or transaction patterns raise concerns. Acceptable proof includes employment contracts, business income statements, inheritance documents, or other financial documentation demonstrating legitimate income sources.
You may request a Withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Standard player accounts are subject to a maximum Withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits based on their assigned tier level.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, typically during Indonesian business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB). Requests submitted during weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated bank account or e-wallet typically within 1 to 6 hours depending on your financial institution's processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent Deposit. This anti-money laundering measure ensures funds return to their verified source. If your original Deposit method is no longer available, you must contact customer support to arrange alternative Withdrawal arrangements, which may require additional verification documents.
If you have accepted a Bonus with associated wagering requirements, you may not withdraw funds until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus. Refer to Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for complete details on wagering requirements.
First-time Withdrawal requests and any Withdrawal exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing. We reserve the right to delay Withdrawal processing until all verification documents have been reviewed and approved. This security measure protects both you and the Platform from fraudulent activity.
ink328 may offer various Bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. These specific terms supplement but do not replace these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager thirty times the Bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10% to 20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%. Specific contribution percentages will be stated in the Bonus terms.
The following restrictions apply to all Bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise: (a) Only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any given time; (b) Bonuses cannot be combined or used simultaneously; (c) Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus is active, typically Rp 10,000 per bet or spin unless specified otherwise; (d) Bonuses must be used within their validity period (typically 7 to 30 days) or they will expire; (e) Attempting to abuse or exploit Bonuses through irregular betting patterns or strategic play designed solely to clear wagering requirements may result in Bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
We reserve the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if we determine that: (a) you have violated any Bonus terms or conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior; (c) you have created multiple accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly; (d) your play patterns suggest Bonus abuse rather than genuine recreational gaming. All decisions regarding Bonus disputes are final and binding.
All Games offered on the ink328 platform utilize certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization devices operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced. Return to player (RTP) percentages are published for all applicable Games and represent long-term statistical expectations over millions of game rounds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: (a) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; (c) exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain wins or advantages; (d) using VPN services or proxy servers to disguise your location or identity; (e) engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of game manipulation; (f) money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purposes; (g) abusive or threatening behavior toward other players or staff members.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns, unusually large wins, or play activity that deviates significantly from normal recreational gaming. If we determine that irregular play has occurred, we may void affected Bets, withhold winnings, and suspend or terminate your Account pending investigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink328 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from: (a) technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues; (b) errors or bugs in Games or software; (c) unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain login credential security; (d) delays in processing Deposits or Withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers; (e) any reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The Platform and all Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. We make no guarantees regarding winning outcomes or profitability from gaming activity.
ink328 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, power failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
ink328 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be accessed through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you provide false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) you engage in conduct that damages the reputation or interests of ink328; (e) required by law or regulatory authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw your entire Balance. Any remaining Balance after 30 days of Account closure will be forfeited. Unclaimed funds held for more than one year may be donated to charitable organizations supporting responsible gaming initiatives.
Upon termination, all Bets in progress will be voided or settled according to their current status at the time of termination. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited. You will lose access to all Platform features and services. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations that arose prior to termination.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of ink328 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and strict access controls to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the decision will be final and binding on all parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink328 is licensed to operate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any legal action relating to these Terms must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ink328 regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
